16. Today's show is really a tribute to Kalindi Iyi.
17. who has been on the expansion zone quite a number of times and I have been
18. fortunate enough to have interviewed him a number of times over the past 10 years
19. or more and he has always been just an amazing individual amazing being in the
20. wealth of knowledge that he holds in in so many subject matters so many topics
21. and he passed away in March of this year 2020 and so I wanted to air the very
22. last show that we did with him in February of this year 2020 and just to
23. say that he will be truly missed by all and wherever you are Kalindi in whatever
24. reform you're in at this time. Continue to do what you do best on this journey. And it is to
25. share who you are, to shed your light, and to present different levels of enlightenment

33. And I tell you, number two, all three of them are great.
34. But, you know, the someday is not a day of the week, I think is pretty special.
35. Because when you spend time, you know, putting things off and, you know, things that you want to do, dreams, goals, and it's put in someday.
36. and it's like, when is that?
37. It's not a day of the week.
38. So I think that's great.
39. And of course, imagination.
40. Hey, you got to start with the imagination
41. in order to create anything.
42. I don't care what it is that you're making
43. from a building, a car, a book,
44. you know, writing a poem, doesn't matter.
45. I mean, it begins with the imagination.
46. So it is a preview into, you know, what's possible,
47. what's right around the corner,
48. potentially if you take that out of the someday realm and actually make it happen.
49. So I just thought that would be great.
50. It was good for me seeing those quotes, actually.
51. So I wanted to share that.
52. So today's topic is why the sudden hype of mainstream media on the health benefits of magic mushrooms.
53. Of course, we're going to talk about more than that, but that's kind of what sparked my interest in connecting with the master of it all, Kalindi Iyi, who is our guest today.
54. He's a mycologist and martial arts master and, of course, a master when it comes to master educator and entheogens.
55. So we're going to be chatting about that because it's coming up.
56. So we've had what marijuana, you know, is now somewhat legal.
57. And so here we are now.
58. Now we're on this other leg of seeing, you know,
59. exactly what are they planning to do in terms of magic mushrooms,
60. obviously, which is how they're talking about it or announcing it.
61. And there's an excerpt from an article.
62. Let's see.
63. It was called Psilocybin Moves Closer to Becoming a Licensed Treatment for Depression by MarketLine.
64. And I just wanted to just read a little bit of this.
65. And, of course, Kalindi will chime in as he sees fit on that.
66. Anyway, it says the FDA recently granted the drug breakthrough therapy status.
67. This is a clear sign of commitment to develop psilocybin as a treatment for MDD,
68. and MDD, of course, stands for major depression disorder.
69. With the FDA on board, psilocybin could reach the U.S. pharmaceutical market as soon as 2021.
70. As a psychedelic, psilocybin is illegal in most countries due to its hallucinogenic efforts.
71. Because of this, it is widely considered to be a recreational drug.
72. Although a dose under 5 milligrams would not cause hallucinations,
73. it is unclear if that would be enough to legalize it for therapeutic use.
74. Furthermore the pressure that the big pharma companies can exercise on legal institutions insurance companies and medical services may be the main obstacle to overcome by any company trying to commercialize a psilocybin treatment for MDD
75. Nevertheless, the entry of psychedelic drugs into the antidepressant market will certainly disrupt a market that has been stable since the appearance in the market of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors in 1988.
76. All right, so we've got some interesting things definitely on the scene in terms of what they choose to suddenly make available, what maybe somehow is going to be profitable, all of that good stuff.
77. So anyway, so our guest, as I said, is Kalindi Iyi.
78. Kalindi Iyi has been featured on local and national television programs such as 60 Minutes and Strange Universe.
79. Kalindi was honored on the martial arts master's produced by Wesley Snipes
80. as one of the masters of the martial arts in the 20th century.
81. He is a mycologist and has presented on the subject of psilocybin
82. as far north as Norway and as far south as Australia.
83. So, Kalindi, welcome back to the Expansion Zone.
84. Well, glad to be back. Thank you very much for having me.
85. It's always a pleasure to talk to you and your audience.
86. Yeah, and we love talking to you. We love things that are off the beaten path or a little bit, well, I'm not going to say a little bit, but completely over the edge. I like going over the edge. So we are happy to have you here.
87. Now, you heard everything that I was saying.
88. Yes.
89. Yeah, so I kind of want to just get your input, and then we'll dive into other things, because this is not new.
90. This is nature's technology that has been around forever.
91. So what would you say about this?
92. I mean, obviously you've seen that this is what's coming.
93. Well, it's moving towards mainstream by the FDA going ahead and letting different companies do clinical trials with different substances.
94. and since we're talking about mushrooms pretty much specifically today with depression,
95. it's one of the best ways of dealing with depression.
96. Many people now are self-medicating psilocybin for depression
97. because psilocybin mushrooms are, number one, they're non-addicting.
98. Number two, you can't harm yourself with them.
99. And number three, they get the job done without all the contraindications of pharmaceutical drugs in this realm.
100. And, you know, places like John Hopkins and, you know, the University of Pittsburgh, excuse me, Pennsylvania, University of Pennsylvania in Pittsburgh and places like this are, you know, doing their own research and studies and things like this because it gets the job done.
101. If it wasn't for Richard Nixon with the war on drugs, we wouldn't be in this position.
102. By now we be a lot further down the line as far as the adoption of the utilization of psilocybin magic mushrooms psychedelics and dealing with many of the ills that are part of the Western world
103. That's why we have troves of people from Europe and the United States
104. and other places around the world that are going to Peru and Brazil
105. and places in South America to take on the psychedelics of those places.
106. And in the United States now that Oakland, California, Chicago, Denver,
107. are all dealing with decriminalization of the magic mushroom for whatever usage that the person sees fit
108. as long as an adult over 21 years old, meaning that not just as a therapy for psychological ends,
109. but also recreationally and spiritually.
110. It's given at least these few cities a way of their citizens being able to make the choice
111. of whether to use these compounds or not.
112. So it's moving towards mainstream adoption, mostly every state and every large city has a decriminalization legislation going before its council and things like that to give adults the chance to be able to make their own choices with these compounds.
113. One thing about them is that they work.
114. So, yeah, these things are going on.
115. As a matter of fact, in Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, where the University of Michigan is,
116. they have been decriminalization of all natural plants and natural psychedelics going before their city council and things like that.
117. And other places around the country are doing the same.
118. Well, as you mentioned, you know, a lot of people are going to going outside of the country. And I remember watching a documentary on, I remember if it was PBS, but, you know, and I and I know of other folks, I know of an institution actually also in Mexico, treating people for substance abuse and PTSD.
119. But I remember these vets, I mean, they were so excited to go to Colombia to do this for PTSD and the impact that it had on all these folks.
120. So people have had to find their own way, like you said, of going to make this happen.
121. So do you think that's why that they're finally saying, you know, let's put it on the table for legalizing?
122. I mean, just kind of like they've done with marijuana.
123. And, you know, they just usually don't do anything just because.
124. So I'm like.
125. I mean, there's an agenda because there's a usage for these things that can be lucrative.
126. because different products made from the hallucinogenic mushroom are coming into the field and the fold now.
127. And so salons for ingestion and things like that, just like you have the different categories,
128. of stores and shops and things like that that are selling cannabis.
129. It's the same with the mushroom.
130. Once these things are decriminalized, there will be industry built up around it
131. where people can come and partake of psilocybin under a control setting
132. and things like that.
133. And then, of course, there will be those people who choose to do it
134. in the comfort of their own home, under their own direction, for their own purpose.
135. So as it mainstreams, it will ultimately, in a few years,
136. be in a place where it won't even be worried about or talked about, you know,
137. just like cannabis, although it's in its infancy.
138. You know, in Detroit, they had passed recreational cannabis,
139. us. And, you know, the detractors, you know, just assumed that the day that this law went into
140. effect would be the last day on earth and that people would be riding around and running around
141. smoking and creating not only difficulties, but, you know, putting people, putting young,
142. young women in danger and, you know, the whole nine yards. But actually what happened was
143. The day came and it went and mostly, almost 99% everybody who smoked cannabis prior to the law still smoked.
144. And those people who didn't smoke cannabis before the law didn't run to start smoking.
145. So it was just kind of like a regular day and it came and went.
146. it'll be the same thing
147. with
148. it'll be the same thing with psilocybin
149. or magic mushroom
150. derivatives it'll be the same thing
151. it'll be
152. something that'll be talked about for a minute
153. and then after a while it'll
154. fade into the background and those people
155. who utilize it will
156. and those people that don't will not
157. you know
158. especially in the United States people are
159. they have very short detention
160. spans
161. They did that when they changed the length of commercials.
162. You know, commercials used to be two minutes.
163. Now it's broken into bite-sized pieces because people can't sit still long enough on the commercial not to change the channel.
164. So it's the same here.
165. You know, you have a different distraction every quarter, and it runs a couple of weeks.
166. You know, if it's not Iran one week and the presidential, you know, the president being impeached the next couple of months.
167. And now the next one is the coronavirus.
168. I mean, they keep you busy.
169. And people have forgotten about Iraq and invading and the plane being shot up to sky and all of that.
170. And when they acquit President Trump today or tomorrow, that'll fade in the background in a couple of days.
171. People will talk and be mad and all that.
172. The election will come around again.
173. He'll be reelected.
174. and there be some more nonsense for people to go through to be distracted from things that really mean things Yeah and I glad you said that because it so true I mean that exactly what happens
175. It's distraction after distraction after distraction.
176. And, again, it's like a child.
177. I always say it's like a child with his child is crying,
178. and then you show the child the shiny red ball, and then the child stops.
179. you know but then you take it away and a child starts crying again but then you showed a child
180. something else and then you know they go to that but uh yeah it's it's really interesting but one
181. of the things that i also uh looked at uh kalindi is the manner in which things get re-engineered
182. and i guess i always look at that particularly now because um we well i'm gonna say marijuana
183. because that's the thing that we've got legalized to a degree at this time.
184. All these different strands of things.
185. I mean, will it be the same thing with mushrooms?
186. There's always interference, is my point,
187. whenever things get okayed by the system.
188. Well, the thing is that with the cannabis,
189. People still have the ability to grow their own.
190. Yes, if they choose to, if they know better.
191. If they choose that.
192. And the same with psilocybin.
193. Most of the studies that will be done,
194. and the majority of the psilocybin that will be out will be medical-grade psilocybin.
195. Ultimately, they will not use the mushrooms themselves,
196. but a derivative of the mushroom that can be dosed out specifically in specific manners.
197. Because one thing about mushrooms is that they vary in their potency and constituents.
198. You know, the free air exchange makes a difference.
199. How much humidity is when they're growing and all these different factors.
200. What particular substrate they're growing on, all these things are factors in potency.
201. And if you're trying to have something for a medical abnormality, you need exact dosages.
202. And the only way they could do that is with a synthetic form or a derivative that is captured that could be perfectly measured.
203. So a lot of it, what they'll be talking about, the psilocybin mushroom, because psilocybin is a constituent of the mushroom, this will be medical-grade psilocybin that they'll be using in the majority of cases unless people are going it for other reasons and people are or may be self-medicating with the psilocybin mushroom.
204. So it's going to be tampered with, things like that.
205. That's why I'm bringing it up.
206. I'm bringing this up because that's what I'm here to do,
207. is to expand your mind and to just remind you that even now,
208. people that are going and buying whatever it is they're buying,
209. that is a lot of you know reengineering so just know what it is that you're
210. getting that it even if it food doesn matter what it is just be aware of what it is that you are getting that the point that I am making right now which is why I mentioning this You cannot just especially when things are FDA approved
211. Okay, let me put it this way so I don't say something that I shouldn't say.
212. When I see things advertised, for example, there's eggs that are being advertised now, the organic eggs.
213. And whenever I see things advertised, I generally know, on TV, know that I'm not going to get that.
214. Once I see that they're advertising it, I'm like, okay, well, I'll be sure not to get that one.
215. So that's the point I'm making.
216. so Kalindi
217. I would like to get
218. and even give the audience as well
219. some deeper insight
220. into
221. the technology of the plant
222. of nature
223. of what we're talking about
224. and of course it's so deep
225. and you also said something
226. on an interview
227. I heard just a clip of it
228. and you said that
229. the manner in which that we disrespect
230. You know, we're disrespectful to the trees.
231. We're basically disrespectful to nature, even when we think we're being respectful.
232. And that kind of stuck with me.
233. But anyway, so anywhere you want to kind of chime in there is great.
234. Well, it's like this.
235. The Earth, the whole Earth, is permeated with mycelium.
236. Massilium. Massilium is the precursor to plants and animals and flowering plants and non-flowering things like that, because mushrooms were on Earth and in abundance prior to these other kingdoms coming into existence.
237. So since different types of fungi pulverize the rocks with their different acids and enzymes, it's permeated in the soil.
238. So the soil has mushroom mycelium in it, and it's all over the earth, and it's kind of like an internet that connects the earth to everything in the earth because you have a relationship between the mycelium and the plants, and you have a relationship between the mycelium, the plants, and the animals.
239. And that goes through mammals and insects and all the others also.
240. So you have this connection between the basis, which is the fungi, which is the mushroom, the psyllium, and all of the other creatures.
241. So we're connected.
242. And then there is a between our utilization of outside or exogenous neural chemicals that are in nature outside of the human body that come into the body through ingestion and have specific measures of information that it imparts to the particular being that it ingests.
243. and becomes one with these chemicals.
244. So the fungal chemicals, the plant chemicals,
245. the inner body chemicals
246. are all reflecting and bouncing off of one another
247. to help deal with consciousness understanding the fulfillment of the prime directives inside of consciousness and all these different types of things So mycelium is the basis
248. The fungi, the mushroom is the basis.
249. And us utilizing this technology from nature that was deposited there for us to be able to ingest,
250. It was there so that we could have more knowledge and understanding of how the planet relates to not only the creatures that are upon it, but also the other planets as far as distance, as far as how they relate to one another energetically and things like this.
251. So, trees and grasses and different types of flowering plants are all in constant communication with the mycelium network that is underground that has a mycorrhizal relationship with the root systems that get into man and get into cows and get into other animals that are on the earth.
252. So nature is all part of that.
253. But the thing is that the mycelium that permeates the earth, that has this information, is relating that information to human beings.
254. That's what's spurring the technological evolution.
255. You know, it's just like in Silicon Valley, the different types of inventions and extensions of technology are coming out of the people in Silicon Valley ingesting things like mushrooms and LSD and other things that are pushing forward the technology.
256. I mean, Steve Jobs talked about it was one of the five most important things in his life when he was taking LSD.
257. And he had mushrooms and things like that also.
258. But he said LSD as far as technologically being able to help him think outside of the box
259. and expand his consciousness to be able to help in the organization of bringing in the right people
260. to make the Apple phone and the iBook
261. and all these other different types of things that Apple has developed.
262. They're all part of that.
263. As a matter of fact, in hiring these people early on for Apple,
264. Steve Jobs would ask them had they taken any psychedelics.
265. If they hadn't taken any psychedelics, he wouldn't hire them
266. Because as their motto says, you know, think differently.
267. Right.
268. Think different.
269. Think outside of the box.
270. Yeah.
271. And that's how we get these different types of things.
272. But the main purpose of the psilocybin mushroom is not its medical utilization,
273. but the exploitive areas, dealing with the consciousness and the expansion of consciousness, you know, that's what it's true.
274. First, number one, purpose is, and the other things, recreation, the spiritual aspect, the medical aspect, the psychological aspect, all part to this, you know,
275. because what we're going to have to do and deal with,
276. even in dealing with the understanding of how these...
277. things are put together is through the ingestion of that same mushroom that we're talking about
278. this afternoon. Yeah, that it was a very, I think a very clear, I think, explanation and summary.
279. You know what, I think that we're going to probably stop and take a break, take our break
280. right now. There's a couple of things that I'd like to insert in the conversation as well. So

296. My guest today is Kalindi Iyi, and we are speaking about this change, this technology of magic mushrooms, let's say then, and this vast network that we are all connected with.
297. And I really love the way that he explained it because that's how I talk about, you know, our connection.
298. Because we don't, we're not taught that way to really see ourselves as part of a vast network.
299. And everything that Kalindi said, now if you take that down to a much smaller level and you think about fruits and vegetables, why it's best to eat things that come from nature.
300. Well, because it's all part of that network, and that network has information that your body needs.
301. It already knows the system, and the body is a system as well.
302. So we are part of this bigger system.
303. It's nothing but a lot of different tiny systems in a massive system, a massive network, networks in bigger networks.
304. And so I think, you know, to look at it that way, and even Kalindi, just the thought of chlorophyll, you know, eat green leafy vegetables.
305. You know, why is that?
306. The chlorophyll is trapped sunlight.
307. So here we are.
308. We're eating sunlight, which has a whole lot of information in it that we need.
309. So I'm saying all of that just to sort of pull it all together to show that this is something we're doing, we are already doing because we have no choice.
310. We are part of this network.
311. And so he's bringing this other level of it that we've been sort of blocked from or given a bad rap about it.
312. So what's interesting is some years ago, I know when we did an interview and you talked about the shamans and the chief of many of these tribes.
313. and they were the ones, I think at one point,
314. that maybe would take whatever that was, the mushroom,
315. and then sort of tap into the technology of it
316. and then come back with that information.
317. Can you talk about that a little bit?
318. Well, I mean, that's how the civilizations were built.
319. you find around the Pyramid of the Sun in Mexico,
320. you would have found in the area surrounding the mushrooms that actually built it.
321. They gave us the technological plans to be able to build that pyramid.
322. If you look at Angkor Wat in Cambodia the mushrooms grow around the temple because those are the same mushrooms that early man and woman in their infancy prior to having a way of building or understanding how to build a large massive temple
323. went into novel states of consciousness utilizing the hallucinogenic powers of the mushroom
324. to glean and bring back knowledge and information to be able to put these things together.
325. Because most of the technology of what we had is from older systems,
326. from libraries and record halls of those who early in our existence
327. had the courage enough to ingest high doses of the psychedelics
328. to be able to go into these realms of consciousness
329. and bring back knowledge and information for that particular purpose.
330. Well, I'm going to just say this real quickly too because I'm thinking about it.
331. But we're talking about this today, but let me be clear.
332. I am not saying that whoever is listening that you go and you need to do this.
333. I am giving the information.
334. We are sharing this.
335. So you make your choices. And I think that my intention is to bring a greater level of information so that you can continue to do your own research in terms of whatever it is that you choose to do.
336. So I just wanted to be clear on that.
337. Whatever you do, make sure you know what it is that you're doing.
338. You've researched.
339. So anyway, so that is pretty interesting to me.
340. Go ahead, Kalindi.
341. No, so I'm saying that a lot of the information that we have was gleaned from these other exceptional places.
342. and by utilizing that, I mean, in different guilds, you know,
343. how long did it take before man and woman learned how to build boats?
344. And then how long did it take for them to understand how not to lose the boat
345. by being able to tie it to something on shore?
346. And then how long did it take them to learn the knots to be able to be tied
347. so that it could be loosely taken apart but wouldn't, with the boat rocking,
348. pull it loose and the boat float out into the water.
349. So, I mean, these type of informational structures took time,
350. but by going into these novel states of consciousness,
351. it was deposited into the public domain of the consciousness of the people who were together
352. as a family group, as a little town or city or major national area called a country.
353. The priesthood or the different deals of priesthood, you know,
354. because what we think of as priesthood now and what we thought of as priesthood in the ancient days
355. were two different things.
356. I'm just using the term priesthood so that I don't have to go through the plethora of different names
357. that these things were called.
358. The smart people of the society,
359. the elders, the one you came to
360. to figure out how to do things,
361. these were what they used to call
362. the witch doctor and the hoodoo person
363. and all these different types of names.
364. Now the colloquial term is shaman
365. for those people who specialize
366. in dealing with powerful states of consciousness to be able to help society These people were compensated by getting food
367. by people who had food who would bring certain things
368. that the person who was the spiritual person needed
369. because they did and dealt with their spiritual things.
370. And the farmer dealt with his physical farm things,
371. and there was a barter system to be able to be compensated
372. because everybody's performing a particular task in society that holds society together.
373. And this came from those sojourns out into the multiverse
374. and bringing back information on, you know, if we get a couple of those big cows
375. and we get a few of those little cows and we learn how to build a fence,
376. we can fence them in and they'll make other little cows for us.
377. so we'll have more cows and we'll be able to not worry about starving
378. because we're not wandering around looking for food.
379. All these different types of things came from those knowledgeable sessions
380. that people got from older, more pristine civilizations,
381. and I say more pristine and older because it would take us a lot more time
382. than the supposed 14 billion years or 22 billion years, the new numbers,
383. of us being able to do the simple things in society that we do.
384. It would take much longer.
385. And the exponential growth now that we're in the technological realms
386. makes things move faster and faster and faster.
387. It will almost come to a nexus point where everything is happening
388. all at the same time consciously.
389. and what type of filters would we use to be able to function in a multiverse of a multiplicity of factors
390. going on simultaneously in the consciousness of the human beings.
391. Yeah, absolutely.
392. And of course, another thing I find fascinating is just having this conversation
393. and just being reminded as to how narrow and crafted our belief system and our, what should I say, reality then,
394. the idea of reality or the safe perspectives or sort of this particular design, this orchestrated design of beliefs.
395. that's what people live under.
396. This is, you know, this is what we live under.
397. And, of course, that gets run through all of our systems,
398. our educational systems and religious systems,
399. and that's why they're, you know, these systems in place to sort of organize,
400. I think, our thinking, organize a particular way that we will think and operate.
401. And so that's why conversations like this, to me, starts to stretch the mind if the mind is not already in that state of wanting to be stretched.
402. So, yes, everything that you're saying is very significant to the building of our societies.
403. Well, we're in a point where things are moving pretty quickly and changing pretty quickly.
404. and ultimately and eventually the old paradigm will fall away and people will start thinking for themselves, you know,
405. They're saying that the Christian church is losing people by the tens of thousands every weekend because, you know, it's the same old hierarchical paradigm that has been going on, you know, through all the religious structures since the, you know, since the Younger Drive impact.
406. You know, it's an area where the way that people think, the way that they have organized these religious structures in the hierarchical sense always puts you, it always makes you not be the most important thing.
407. When in reality, you know, you are the most important thing that's going on, you know, because you have to be sensible and cognizant of the world and the reality in which you live.
408. Because, number one, if you don't put your stuff at the most important spot, then you can't be of any service to anybody else because you're always giving energy to areas of the earth that aren't improving yourself.
409. When you improve yourself, you improve everything and everyone around you.
410. Absolutely.
411. the earth also because we're in a feedback loop where you know we are gathering strength energy
412. knowledge information from the earth and we are putting that right back into the earth so that
413. everything is going and moving forward but the old paradigms are that you know uh what's the
414. thank you you know you are a sinner and shaped in this iniquity you are nothing
415. You're low, you're lowly, you know, it just puts you in a bad position.
416. And, you know, we have taken for thousands of years and put that at the forefront.
417. But there's a sidebar of people who have broken the code,
418. and they're the people that are running and pulling sustenance from the rest of the world.
419. How can you have people who have hundreds of billions of dollars and then you have a whole country?
420. You have five people that have more money than most of the countries on earth.
421. Five people.
422. You know, Warren Buffett and them.
423. How can you have $300 or $400 billion and you have people starving on Earth?
424. Yeah.
425. What can you do with $300 billion that you can't do with $1 billion?
426. Yeah, yeah.
427. It doesn't make any sense.
428. Absolutely.
429. It's just power.
430. Other than set up things to make more money.
431. You can't live in so many houses.
432. You can't drive with so many cars.
433. you know you can't you can't eat but so much food and you still they still wouldn't be able to spend
434. it even if they did all that they still wouldn't be able to spend it you're correct so why if they
435. want to be telling people what to do you know you redistribute their wealth but when you say that
436. you're being an anarchist um you're being you know you're you're out the box you don't believe in
437. capitalism and democracy
438. and apple pie
439. because he's saying that
440. people shouldn be able to have an insane amount of money when there is lack in most of the parts of the world you know Yeah it is definitely
441. I mean, I think that kind of thinking that we probably would define as greed.
442. And I certainly have nothing against wealth and people being wealthy.
443. So I have nothing against that.
444. But I think what we're looking at or what I'm looking at is when people get into that kind of money, they do feel so invincible because they feel like they can purchase and do anything to anybody.
445. They're sort of untouchable.
446. At least they feel untouchable.
447. And so I think that compassion or any of those feelings, I think, tend to become very distant in their minds.
448. It's just getting more.
449. It's power.
450. It's just this power rush.
451. That's another high.
452. You know, if it's about wealthy, it's about everybody being wealthy, you know.
453. But then nobody being wealthy.
454. Everybody having enough to do the things that they need to do to live and survive, and then extra to be able to do the things and pursue the things that you want to pursue.
455. You know, it's like when, I don't know which Star Trek Next Generation movie it was, the one with Alfie Woodard.
456. He said, well, what do you do in the 24th century?
457. How do you work?
458. What's your job?
459. And Picard totally said, we don't have no jobs.
460. You know, everything is taken care of and we pursue our intellectual gifts.
461. We, you know, if we're a musician, we expand and utilize our music.
462. If you're a person who wants to be able to build things, you put your time into building things and being happy and things like this.
463. Not the whole Christian edict, if you don't plow the ground, you won't eat type thing.
464. you know yeah but you know the work the work ethic you know you must have a job that's like
465. the people who hit the lottery for 500 million dollars and they asked them what are they going
466. to do well you know we're going to put a new front porch on and i think i'll get a pair of
467. new tires and i'm not going to stop working i'm going to keep working because you know i have to
468. Do something, you know.
469. Why don't you go to Paris and walk through the Louvre?
470. Why don't you go to Africa and sit down at an evening session of the village playing music?
471. Why don't you pursue the things that you may have wanted to do?
472. You know, go to school and not to, you know, go to school for something like basket weaving or, you know, carpentry, you know, doll making.
473. you know pursue you pursue your happiness pursue things that are going to help you to grow and move
474. forward intellectually and physically you know but you want to go down there and insult the people
475. who are two weeks from the from the street two weeks from them taking their car that allows them
476. to get to work you can insult them by getting 500 million dollars and still coming down there
477. working, taking a job from somebody who needs it, when you should be on the beach, getting
478. a massage, looking at the sunset and looking in the eyes of your spouse while you're
479. all drinking pineapple coconut juice.
480. When you put it that way it is an insult I didn quite think of it from the insulting side of it but it kind of is That would be kind of irritating And you here because what I mean you know as you sit at your desk and you look over and you here
481. Yeah, it's, you know, it's a game, you know, it is.
482. And that's what we've been playing.
483. It's the monetary game.
484. And that's the game right there is if everybody is in a balanced state
485. and financially balanced, then there wouldn't be the wealth factor.
486. They couldn't have that.
487. So that's the whole trick to this thing here.
488. And, you know, Kalindi, I know we're getting close,
489. but we still have a little time.
490. One of the things that kind of popped into my mind again
491. is that whole eating that apple thing,
492. and then suddenly they're aware of, like, it reminds me, of course, of, you know,
493. mushrooms or somebody, you know, becoming awakened because they've partaken of some sort of technology of this nature.
494. Well, the whole thing about the tree of knowledge and the tree of eternal life
495. is that they're one and the same because through the knowledge you understand your eternal life.
496. And there are many old paintings and things like that where the expulsion from the garden wasn't an apple,
497. but it was actually a mushroom.
498. That's what I mean.
499. It gave the knowledge of the world and how things are connected and how things in a greater capacity are connected in other things that aren't of the physical, that aren't of the prime three-dimensional five-sense reality in which we are embedded.
500. You saw the network.
501. Yes.
502. So that's where the knowledge came from.
503. And for those that choose, you know, at some point in time to the physical immortality, you know, because it's, I mean, that's not, that's not a joke or anything like that.
504. Because technologically you can, you know, assume that position of immortality.
505. You know, that's my word.
506. One of the biggest obstacles is that our thought process won't allow us to assume that position.
507. In other words, you know, everybody got to die.
508. You know, nobody getting out of here alive.
509. Those are mantras.
510. Those are mantras that people, if they just stop saying it, you start getting people who start becoming immortal
511. just by taking that out of the public domain of consciousness.
512. You know, but yeah, but and still in understanding, you know, death is what gives life meaning.
513. It makes it it makes it it makes it special.
514. It's also a program.
515. It makes it. Yeah, it makes it, you know, so for the continuous, the continuous life is the immortality.
516. In other words, no matter where you go, you're there.
517. Right. Absolutely.
518. No matter where you go, you're here.
519. You know which means just in that language that you never the only thing one thing I learned from mushrooms was that the only thing impossible in the multiverse is to die
520. You know, it's a continuum, you know, form, change.
521. In other words, you know, no longer in the physical reality, but you are in a greater
522. reality in the physical reality.
523. You are an entity of your own imagination, as you said earlier, not bound by the physics of the game, the puzzle game of which we exist in, a simulation embedded in simulations of the highest order.
524. You know, we're in this game, and we've trapped ourselves in here because of the way that we think about what this thing is.
525. And Mushroom gives you a way to hack the code.
